Account Manager - Customer Service

We develop and manufacture innovative, industry-leading products for a variety of retail and B2B clients. As we prepare for the long-term future of the hemp industry, we place significant focus on the human relationships we develop with our clients.

We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals to help build our in-house sales team by working with today’s partners and welcoming on tomorrow’s new clients . Learning about the industry and educating customers with this knowledge will be a crucial component of your work.

• You will work in our Oxford, Connecticut office. Submissions will only be considered if they contain “Oxford, CT” in the subject line.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Engaging in day-to-day customer service with B2C clients
• Establishing relationships with dedicated private B2B and guiding them through the manufacturing and branding processes
• Educating consumers on the latest the hemp industry has to offer
• Act as a liaison between the client and the manufacturing team

Performance Evaluation
The Account Manager’s performance will be evaluated through quantifiable data, including growth of sales and number of clients. Customer feedback will also be considered.

Basic Qualifications
• Some College or College Degree Preferred
• 5 years of Customer Service experience – 2 years of open-ended B2B sales preferred
• Basic algebra proficiency
• Experience with in-person and phone-based customer service
• Demonstrable aptitude and knowledge of the qualifying and selling processes
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Salesforce Proficiency
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to work with little supervision in a high-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
